Our tables are suitable for people from 18-80. The tables work through repetitive, isokinetic exercise isolating the major muscle groups. The gentle controlled movements of the toning tables enhance mobility and flexibility whilst gently firming figures into shape.
For best results: The recommended amount is 3 x 30 minute sessions per week.
We recommend you bring a hand towel and wear long leggings or sweat pants and socks so your legs can glide easily on the machines.
There is plenty of street parking and a car park for customers at the rear of the building, please note, we do not have rear access so come around to the front door and enter that way
Shapemaster equipment is suitable for use by anyone up to 158 Kilos, providing that the person uses the equipment correctly and has been trained by or is supervised by us.
The fees are $20/week for unlimited visits and a once off membership fee of $10 which includes the keys to get 24 hour access.
The average exercise movement takes approximately 6 minutes on each table. With 10 machines in the session you should allow one hour for a full session.
After your first session you will notice all the positive feelings associated with regular exercise. It is quite common to notice a drop in dress size after a few visits. The difference with our Shapemaster toning tables is that you will not notice pain and fatigue usually experienced with regular exercises.
